What we collect

• Account: your name, email and a securely hashed password.
• Planning profile: what you enter for planning, such as ages, household, state, income, expenses, savings, home and goals.
• Sessions: your conversation with your advisor, session time used, and payment records (amount, date). Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach Retirfy.

We never ask for Social Security, bank or account numbers, and we remove them automatically if you type them.

How we use it

To build your plan, let your advisor remember your situation, run your paid sessions, and support you. We don't sell your personal information.

Service providers

• Google (Gemini Live API): processes your voice and typed messages during a call and generates your advisor's voice and video.
• Stripe: processes payments.

Your choices

From your account page you can download your data or permanently delete your account and everything in it. Your camera, if turned on, stays on your device.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookies, and access to client records is limited to authorized staff.
