1. What Retirfy is

Retirfy (retirfy.com) provides educational retirement planning tools and live conversations with AI advisors. Advisors are artificial intelligence, not people. Retirfy is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, insurance agent, tax preparer or law firm, and does not provide personalized investment, tax or legal advice. Projections are hypothetical estimates, not guarantees.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Retirfy. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information. Your plan is only as good as the numbers you enter.

3. Paid sessions

A live advisor session is purchased in advance for the price shown at checkout. Session time is counted only while you are connected and expires [7] days after purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. [Refund policy: to be completed.]

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your decisions
